Refund policy

By placing an order with Layfold, you agree to the terms below. This policy applies to united states and is designed to ensure a fair and transparent process for returns and refunds.

A. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Returns for buyer's remorse or change of mind are accepted within this window.

B. RETURN PROCESS

To start a return:

  1. Contact us at support@layfold.store or via live chat with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we will email you a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back within 7 days of receiving the label.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item). 

C. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Inspect your order upon delivery. If it's defective, damaged, or the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@layfold.store or via live chat with photos and details. We will evaluate and resolve promptly, often within 1-2 business days—options include a full refund, replacement, or store credit. Delivery times for replacements vary by location.

D. EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges for reasons like style preference or size changes (unless due to our error). Exchanges are only available for damaged items, incorrect products, wrong sizes caused by us, or manufacturing defects. For exchange requests, contact support@layfold.store. If approved, follow the return process above, and we'll ship the replacement at no additional cost to you.

E. RESTOCKING FEE

We do not charge restocking fees on any returned items.

F. REFUNDS

After we receive and inspect your return (typically within 2-3 business days), we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Expect the refund to appear in your account within 5-7 business days.

The maximum time for refunds is 7 business days from approval. If you haven't received it after 10 days, contact us. If the return issue is caused by the customer (e.g., incorrect address), they may be responsible for related costs.

Partial refunds may apply for items not in original condition.

G. UNUSED DISCOUNTS POLICY

Refunds will not be issued for discounts not applied at purchase. All discounts must be used during checkout, as we cannot apply them retroactively. Review and apply available discounts before completing your order.
