Thank you for shopping with Layfold! We ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. Below are the details for your orders.

Handling, Processing, and Transit Times (United States Only)

  • Processing Time: We process orders within 2-4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). 
  • Transit Time: After processing, standard shipping typically takes 5-9 business days for delivery within the continental United States.
  • Order Cut-Off Time: To qualify for same-day processing, place your order before 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York time zone).
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: Expect your order to arrive within 7-13 business days (Monday to Friday) from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. These are estimates—actual delivery may vary slightly due to carrier schedules, weather, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Information

  • Shipping Methods: We use reliable standard carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
  • Shipping Rates: A flat rate of $10 applies to all orders shipped within the United States. This charge will appear at checkout.
  • Delivery Locations: Orders are shipped only to the physical address provided at checkout within the continental United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.
  • Shipping Restrictions: Currently, we ship exclusively to the United States. If your address is outside the US, the order cannot be processed.

Order Modifications

If you need to change your shipping address or other details, contact us at support@layfold.store as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate changes before the order ships, but additional fees could apply if the order has already entered processing.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, email us at support@layfold.store with your order number and details (include photos if damaged). We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue, which may include a refund, replacement, or claim filing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking updates are usually available within 24-48 hours after shipment.

Cancellations

  • Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order at any time before it ships.
  • Cancellation Process: Email support@layfold.store with your order number to request cancellation.
  • Refunds for Cancellations: Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, per our Refund Policy.

Incorrect Address

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. Layfold is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error before shipment, contact support@layfold.store immediately—we may be able to update it, but extra shipping fees could apply if re-shipment is required.
